Returns and Refunds

Dea Yoga accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all related accessories included. Items in gift sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund will be charged a fee of NIS 9.9 to the credit company.

Return and exchange by registered mail:

Put the item in its original packaging, seal the packaging and send it by registered mail to "YARON SHUNIT , 69 Ytzhak Sade st. Ramat - Hasharon, Israel. 4725928. Then send an email to : Dea.athleisure@gmail.com

Indicate the order number, the reason for the return / exchange of the item (s) and the tracking number of the package sent by mail.

Upon receipt of the item in our studio we will notify you and we will continue treatment if necessary.

 An item sent for exchange can be returned by a courier at a cost of 35 NIS.

 

Return and exchange by courier:

Send an email to Dea.athleisure@gmail.com.

Indicate the order number, reason for return / exchange and request for collection by courier.

Put the item in its original packaging or other airtight packaging so that the product will not be damaged, the packaging must be sealed

The cost of collection and return by courier is 35 NIS in each direction.

Upon receipt of the item in our offices we will notify you and we will continue treatment if necessary.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the total purchase cost is less than NIS 500 after the credit, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. For example:

If you placed an order worth NIS 600 and after receiving it you requested a return of an item worth NIS 149, the cost of delivery will be offset by NIS 35 and you will indeed receive a refund in the amount of NIS 114.

KEEPING YOUR RETURN IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at dea.athleisure@gmail.com  within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.

RETURN NOTIFICATIONS
Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. Please note; that this email will be sent to the email address as provided on your original order.

Your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment and will appear on your next statement (generally 10-14 days depending on your bank).

IN-STORE RETURNS
You may choose to return any item that you have purchased online at our studio within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Simply bring a copy of your original invoice that was included in your order package. We cannot accept returns without your original invoice.Please contact us in order to arrange the date for meeting at the studio. 

Changing Or Cancelling Orders

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at dea.athleisure@gmail.com  Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes. 

 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We strive to maintain current inventory levels, but sometimes we do run out of stock. The email confirmation sent once an order is placed does not guarantee your order will be fulfilled. We will notify you if any item(s) can not be fulfilled and will credit the amount to the original form of payment.
